This agave nectar is very well-suited for sweetening. Its
savoury sweet flavour gives your dishes and drinks a special flair.
What’s special: in contrast to many
other agave nectars, it is not heated to temperatures above 45°C at any point
during production! This allows for all nutrients to be completely
maintained.
Important for diabetics: the
nectar is slowly absorbed into the body thus being low on the glycemic index.
The sweetening power is 25%
higher than that of refined sugar so that you can sweeten while minimising
calories and glucose levels.
