We discovered
this creamy delight at Germany's first raw food fair, the Rohvolution 2008. And
of course, we didn't hesitate in including it in our range of products.
Urs Hochstrasser himself created it! It only contains organic skinned
almonds that have been gently cold-pressed. The process is so gentle that the
raw food quality is maintained. The result is a divine velvety almond puree.
Now you can use this almond cream to make raw "cappuccino",
delicious purely vegetable mayonnaise, raw zabaione, almond milk, and much
more.
