The highly aromatic nut from the jungle of PeruKeimling
Brazil nuts
Compared to other nuts, Brazil nuts are extremely rich in minerals like
calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, and
zinc. Furthermore, the highly armomatic nuts contain premium oils and
valuable protein. Brazil nuts grow wild on trees which reach up to 60 m,
far above the rest of the primeval forest. The football-sized capsules
contain 10-40 of the three-sided nuts. The fully ripened capsules fall
to the ground, are collected and the nuts are dried in the sun.

Nuts are true energy bundles; they are extraordinarily high in complex
carbohydrates, protein, fat, b-vitamins, and mineral nutrients. Nuts are an
excellent complement to a vegetable diet and provide long-lasting
satiation. | |
