Kamut is not cultivated, not hybridised, it is the wild form of today’s wheat. Neither animal fertilisers nor pesticides are used. It is watered with alkaline mountain spring water rich in minerals. It is cultivated in crop rotation with alfalfa. This form of cultivation exceeds even the directives generally applicable to ecological cultivation.
The juice is extracted from the leaves immediately after harvesting. The green Kamut juice is dried in a few minutes at a temperature of below 35° C. You get live nutrients, active enzymes at a high concentration ratio of 33:1. 1 kg of Greens of Kamut are obtained from 33 kilos of fresh Kamut grass.
Prepare yourself a Kamut grass drink once or more times a day. Stir 1 tsp. of Greens of Kamut into a glass of juice, water or cold tea and drink it ½ an hour before your meals.
