Raw food lovers believe in the Excalibur for drying as well as for
making crackers, cakes or raw food pizzas. There are so many options! Its
horizontal air current makes it possible to thinly spread and dehydrate fruit
purees (on the Original Excalibur Paraflexx drying sheets) to make fruit
leather.
The Excalibur Dehydrator
guarantees consistent dehydrating on all levels because of its strong fan drying
at temperatures below 40° C.
The trays are made of a fine
screen. If you want to dry dough, simply lay a sheet of baking paper or one of
the practical Paraflexx sheets onto the screen first, and then spread the
dough on it. Paraflexx sheets fit exactly onto the trays, are extremely durable
and have a non-stick coating. Even the thinnest most breakable crackers can be
easily removed from the sheets!
