Black ceramic knives
made from Zirconia ceramic
The black ceramic knives are produced similarly to the white ceramic
knives, but with higher heat and pressure exposure. This allows for extremely
hard and sharp blades to be produced. And they are up to 20% more robust.

We first came across these knives while one of our employees was
visiting a friend in the United States. As well as impressing us
with how easily it cuts fruits and vegetables, the knife was hard
as a diamond and still extremely light. What's more, it was unbelievably
sharp - but its owner hadn't sharpened it in years! As it turns out, the
knife was made from zirconia ceramic.
Ceramic knives are made from pure zirconia ceramic, a material
with an extremely smooth surface and developed for space research. It
cuts evenly and easily even through very tender and delicate fruits. And
its smooth surface also makes it very hygienic.
