Harder and sharper than any average knife.Kyocera
White ceramic knives
made from Zirconia ceramic
-
Extremely sharp and smooth
-
No metallic taste or smell
We first came across this knife while Keimling founder Winfrie
Holler was visiting a friend in the United States. As well as impressing us
with how easily it cuts fruits and vegetables, the knife was hard
as a diamond and still extremely light. And more, it was unbelievably
sharp - but its owner hadn't sharpened it in years! As it turns out, the
knife was made from Zirconia ceramic.
Ceramic knives are made from pure Zirconia ceramic, a material
developed for space research that has an extremely smooth surface. It cuts
evenly and easily, even through very tender and delicate fruits. And
its knives' smooth surface keeps them very hygienic.
If it is important to you that metal doesn't touch your food, then
you have found the perfect solution. These ceramic knives let you prepare your
food absolutely free of metal.
